Do You Have Too Many Cards?
One of the reasons people end up needing credit card debt financing is because they have too many credit cards. Credit cards can become an addiction, but they can also be something you do not realize you have too much of until you are alerted to that fact. Is this something that is playing a role in your life? Have you heard of the debt ratio that you should start paying attention to quickly? All these things are meant to help you with credit card debt financing, especially if it turns out that you have too many credit cards to begin with.
The Debt Ratio
One thing that you should rarely do is go over 50% of your credit limit. This is a great way to ensure that you will still have credit available for emergencies, but more importantly it will assure that you never go into debt. This is definitely a way to stop the need for credit card debt financing. If you have a credit limit of $2,000, then stop when you are about to reach the $1,000 mark. This will also give you help because you will not have too large an amount you must pay back. Wouldn't it be nice to not have to worry about going over credit limits? Do that when you learn how to master the debt ratio.

Boo to Store Cards
We love to help you with successful credit card debt financing. One thing we hate is store credit cards. These promise to save you money on all your purchases made within that store. What they do not tell you is that the interest rate you will be paying them will up end exceeding the money you saved over time. Each time you get one of these cards it affects your credit score also. Store with credit cards will basically give these out to anyone who wants them as long as they have a pulse. They really just have down sides to them.
Please Manage Your Cards
If you have 3 or 4 cards and cannot get rid of them, then please make sure you manage them properly. Know when each has a payment due and how much that payment is for. You do not want to get these confused because that could invite trouble. If you are wondering how many credit cards are too much, the answer is "more then you can handle." Generally we would say that you should stick to just 2 (or even better, just 1). No matter how many cards you have, it is so important that you look to manage them as best as possible.
